Chapter 8 - Calming Down the Body

    3. Breathing can work with both feelings, but objects like this can be thrown, so it depends upon what the child does when he or she is angry:) It's amazing how often there is some sort of fear behind the anger, if you dig down, so learning to handle worries is great practice!
